We are thrilled to introduce the esteemed members of our newly formed International Advisory Board at XEnergy. Comprised of diverse experts, this board represents a convergence of women and men dedicated to advancing our mission of empowering women in the energy transition.

On April 11, XEnergy successfully organized the second cycle of one-day trainings on contracting the purchase and sale of green electricity, i.e. PPAs. The extremely successful first training, which took place in February, showed that there are still many doubts, which were clarified to the participants this time by XEnergy experts Minea Skok, Tina Jakaša, Martina Vajdić and Saša Jovičić, as well as our guests from Professio Energia Marko Karan and Miroslav Nikolić.

Another extraordinary and inspiring woman has joined our Advisory Board, this time from the insurance and reinsurance sector.

We are pleased to introduce Sladjana Ćosić, Head of the European Investment Bank (EIB) Group in Croatia and new member of the XEnergy Advisory Board! We are particularly pleased to present our new corporate member HOPS, a key company for the success of the energy transition in Croatia. HOPS is the Croatian transmission system operator, the owner of the entire Croatian transmission network (voltage levels 400kV, 220kV and 110kV) and provides the transmission of electricity as a regulated public service. It operates according to the model of an independent transmission system operator and manages the regulatory area of the Croatian electricity system (EES). In the interest of secure and high-quality electricity supply to customers and electricity exchange, the Croatian EES is interconnected with the EES of neighboring countries and other ENTSO-E members which together form a synchronous network in continental Europe.

The energy transition is not possible without major changes in the transport sector, and the automotive industry is undergoing dynamic and rapid structural change. We are therefore particularly pleased to introduce our new corporate member GA Adriatic, which is one of the leading companies in the field of e- mobility in the region.

Our new corporate member is Forte Solar d.o.o., one of the leading builders of solar power plants in Dalmatia with over 50,000 installed panels. Forte Solar offers complete solutions for the construction of solar power plants, from consulting, planning, construction, creation of complete documentation to maintenance. The company ALTPRO is our new corporate member! We are very pleased that our membership has been extended by a specialized high-tech company engaged in the development and production of signaling and safety systems for railway infrastructure and railway vehicles. The company’s production program consists of train detection systems, systems for securing railway-road crossings and safety systems for vehicles based on INDUSI technology (I60 and PZB90). More than 30 years of experience in research, development and production in the railway sector make ALTPRO one of the most important factors in the global market with solutions in more than 50 countries on 6 continents. With the new corporate member Nano Energies Croatia, XEnergy has already gathered 3 of the total of 4 registered aggregators on the Croatian market. The company Nano Energies Croatia is part of the Nano Energies Group from the Czech Republic, which started 15 years ago as an electricity trader and later as a supplier, and in recent years has dedicated itself entirely to the aggregation of flexibility.

We’re proud to present the Honorary Member of XEnergy Mr. Vjekoslav Majetić, the winner of the prestigious competition EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2023. Mr. Majetić is the founder and owner of the company DOK-ING, which designs and manufactures robotic systems that protect human lives in the most dangerous operations, especially demining, firefighting and mining. Its demining machines are leaders with a global market share of 80% and are present in over 40 countries. In addition to these globally recognised products, Mr Majetić is also developing a new technology to produce hydrogen from sewage sludge, which will make an important contribution to the energy transition. It’s a great honour for us that Mr. Vjekoslav Majetić is our first honorary member, who enhances every idea and project with his tireless energy, creativity and vision.
