With an outstanding response and a large number of high-quality applications, selecting the students who will participate in this year’s second XEnergy Internship Program, organized with our partner ENNA Group, was truly challenging. The program is designed to give students practical experience in the energy sector, develop their professional and personal skills, and increase their competitiveness in a rapidly evolving industry that impacts a sustainable future for all of us.
Under the guidance of experienced mentors from ENNA Group, the selected students will work on real project tasks for four weeks, get familiar with the processes within ENNA Next, and actively contribute to developing concrete solutions. The students come from various universities, including the Polytechnic of Zagreb, Faculty of Mining, Geology and Petroleum Engineering, Faculty of Organization and Informatics Varaždin, and Rochester Institute of Technology Zagreb.
We are particularly excited that ENNA Next will host our students, as the company has become a smart energy hub connecting sophisticated digital solutions, renewable energy sources, and green technologies.
This year’s mentorship will be led by top experts from ENNA Next: Marijeta Majer, Director of Energy Projects, mentoring Jana Delač and Martina Pervan; Luka Krilić, Portfolio Management Lead, mentoring Lucija Perkić and Ana Nuić; Branimir Herceg, Head of Operations, mentoring Marta Žejinski and Lucija Crnoja; and Nikolina Čović, Portfolio Management Associate, mentoring Lola Ranogajac and Zara Plevko.
