XEnergy offers a mentoring program for women at the beginning of their business careers in the field of renewable sources, energy efficiency and sustainable development. Mentors are experienced business people, women and men, who will devote a certain part of their time within the program to guiding and advising less experienced colleagues.
XEnergy also offers an internship program in cooperation with E.ON Croatia. During the duration of the program, the participants will be actively involved in various company activities. E.ON, with the aim of gaining professional experience and learning business culture, and will have the opportunity to implement concrete projects under the supervision of their E.ON mentors and experts from various XEnergy committees.
We organise various events such as round tables with discussions, study visits to interesting power plants and companies that are successfully implementing low-carbon technologies and the energy transition, as well as various meetings that serve the business development of our members.
