Once again this year, we want to recognize women whose knowledge, work, and dedication are shaping the future of the energy sector. Their excellence deserves to be seen and celebrated. We invite companies, institutions, and organizations to nominate their engineers, economists, legal professionals, and all experts working in the field of green and sustainable energy. Whether they lead projects, develop technologies, shape policies, or empower teams, they are our inspiration, and the XENA Award is our way of saying it out loud.

The XENA award will go to a strong, courageous and persistent woman who is capable of achieving the greatest achievements and results and who can be a role model for girls and women at the beginning of their careers.
It is our great pleasure to announce the opening of the competition for the selection of the woman of the year in energy for 2024!
In order to promote the role and visibility of women, at the end of each year, XEnergy will select five successful and inspiring women in the field of energy transition who have made a significant contribution to the sustainable development of energy, but are still not sufficiently recognized by the wider professional and general public.

By giving attention to creative and hard-working women, we create an atmosphere in the public that will be more sensitized to issues of gender equality and different, subtle or less subtle barriers that women face on their professional path.
We invite companies and institutions that deal with sustainable energy and related industries and services to register their colleagues who have successfully implemented projects and ideas and significantly contributed to business success, and thus to the green transition of the Republic of Croatia.
