XEnergy offers a mentoring programme for women who are at the beginning of their business careers in renewable energy, energy efficiency and sustainable development. Mentors are experienced business people, women and men, who spend a certain amount of time in the program guiding and advising less experienced colleagues.
Young women who are given the opportunity to participate in the mentoring program will be matched with an appropriate mentor based on their professional goals, interests and areas of expertise.
Mentors will regularly, once a month, hold individual meetings with their candidates to provide advice, support and share their experiences. These meetings are an opportunity to ask questions, discuss challenges and get concrete feedback.
Female candidates will participate in workshops, panel discussions and other events to enable additional education, networking and exchange of ideas.
Through our mentorship program, young women will have the opportunity to connect with other program participants, creating valuable contacts and support within the energy sector.
Our mentors are a dedicated team of energy and finance experts, travel enthusiasts and sustainability advocates, boasting over twenty years of collective expertise in orchestrating successful business stories.

During the six-month program, the participants will be mentored by distinguished experts from the energy, financial, and business sectors: Sabina Škrtić, Tina Jakaša, Minea Skok, Vedrana Jelušić Kašić, Ivona Štritof, Nataša Mlakar, and Marina Šaravanja.

The network for the promotion of women in the energy transition – XEnergy presented the first mentoring program entitled “Empowerment of women in the energy transition“. In front of our members, partners and dear guests, the leader of the mentoring program, Martina Biondić, explained in more detail what this program will look like and introduced our excellent mentors: Nina Dusper Sušić, Tina Jakaša, Vedrana Jelušić Kašić, Ivona Štritof and Zorana Obradović.
